1.01	From time to time, Waterways Pet & Aquatics Ltd will also include special offers on the site offering outstanding value for money.
1.02	The site works on a standard 'shopping basket' concept and Waterways Pet & Aquatics Ltd will process your orders once you have registered online.
1.03	Any orders placed through the site are considered as a request to purchase and are subject to there being stock available.
1.04	Registration for membership will give access to basket administration, the ability to quickly shop next time and also receive emails with special offers and any product updates if you request it.
1.05	All items are subject to availability and all dimensions are approximate.
1.06	We have made every effort to ensure that all colours are accurately reproduced on our website. However, please bear in mind that your own system may cause variations in colour reproduction.
1.07	All prices and offers shown are at a 10% Discount to our shop price this is to help toward postage these are correct at time of ordering. However, you may find a different price should you look on our site at a different time. Offers in store may vary to the web site and visa versa
1.08	We reserve the right to adjust the VAT element if this changes from 17.5%.
1.09	We occasionally make our mailing list and email addresses available to other carefully selected organisations whose products and services may be of interest to you. 1.10	Your calls may be monitored for training purposes.
1.11	All orders must be paid for in sterling.
1.12	Waterways Pet & Aquatics Ltd accepts the following credit and debit cards: Visa,Delta, Mastercard,Solo and Switch, subject to verification.
1.13	When you order by credit card your account is debited from your account by world pay. The name and address on your credit card statement should be the same as the name and address that was registered. Please note that for security reasons, we are obliged to cash all cheques on receipt of order.
1.14	Please allow 3-5 days for delivery. Parcels under 1kg will be sent 1st class post, However heavy or fragile items may take a little longer. Delivery charge in the basket is for mainland UK only.  Delivery is Charged by the total weight of the parcel this is calculated when you select the delivery method (channel islands pay slightly more on products over 1kg). Regrettably we are unable to ship orders to any address outside the European union online at present. 1.15	If you purchase from this site, you agree to Waterways Pet & Aquatics Ltd terms and conditions of sales as printed above.
1.16	You have the right to return your purchases to waterways Pet & Aquatics Ltd without reason provided: you notify us with your intension to do so within 3 days after the day you received your order by emailing us at returns@waterways-direct.com Goods must be returned at your expense in an unused, undamaged condition and we will refund your money immediately or in any case within 30 days of cancellation. Goods are deemed to be in your care until such time as they are returned to our premises.
1.17	Products should be sent with a copy of the receipt to Waterways Pet & Aquatics Ltd, Milton Ernest Garden centre, Radwell road, Milton Ernest, Bedford, MK44 1SH.
1.18	Waterways Pet & Aquatics Ltd denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or faulty items delays in dispatch or delays in carriers. In an unlikely event of an express delivery not arriving on time, your extra delivery charge will be refunded. However we cannot accept any liability involving third contractors and would advise that no arrangements are made for installation until you are in receipt of your order.
1.19	We prefer that you pay by credit card online but if you are nervous about paying over the Internet use the five digit number on the description or sku number and telephone Waterways Pet & Aquatics Ltd on 01234 823567.
1.20	Goods out of stock. we will notify you when a product is not available you will have the choice cancel or carry on waiting. You can track your order in the members area.
